We Stand By Our All-Star Work
We at American All-Star Construction are certain that our work is of a high quality and will last for many years. To ensure that this quality is maintained, we offer a limited 24 month warranty to protect you and your property from any mistakes.
Our warranty is such that, should a problem related to our workmanship arise, all you need to do is contact the office you contracted to do the work. Once we hear from you, we will schedule an appointment within 72 hours to assess the work needed.
From there, we will perform corrective repairs directly related to any workmanship that does not meet our standard and acquire parts as needed for this repair, all at our expense.
The warranty only applies to projects that have been paid in full as per the initial contract. Additionally, as each project varies, you will be given an information sheet that details what is covered under our limited warranty that is customized to your job. The warranty is assigned solely to the original purchaser of the project proposal, and is non-transferrable.
